Internal Industrial Sales Executive
Managing Director - Industrial Division
- Primary contact for existing customers for current and new orders.
- Follow up inbound phone/email enquiries
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Prepare quotations
- Proactive contacting of prospective customers
- Liaise daily with production manager to ensure correct materials etc are sourced.
- Site Visits to customers if necessary
- Attend / Exhibit at Exhibitions
- Maintain company CRM system
The successful candidate should have a proven background in Customer Service and Internal sales. A knowledge of the protective case and foam industry is highly desirable. In addition to this, the candidate should have knowledge of being able to prepare a quote and should be able to demonstrate the key information needed to produce an accurate quote for a customer.
A knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is also required, and familiarity with Sage Accounts would be helpful.
Negotiable dependent on experience plus commission.
