At Parotec Solutions we take the protection of our customers and visitors data very seriously. We only collect what we need to, and we never share this with third parties.

Any personal data which we do hold and is accessed on a company computer is protected by password to prevent general access or a data breach. This data is held on our central file server which is protection by encryption and firewall.

This policy has been updated in May 2018 to reflect new GDPR legislation which comes into power.

From time to time, Parotec Solutions Limited collects certain personal information about customers, visitors to our website and people who may contact us in other ways such as over the phone or by writing to us. Any such requests should be made in writing and should be addressed to These requests will be dealt with as swiftly as possible - Usually within 3-5 Business days.

We also have an obligation to ensure that the information which we hold about you is accurate and up to date. You have the right to ensure that any inaccuracies in your personal data are corrected or removed. To assist us in ensuring that the personal data which we hold about you is accurate, please notify us of any changes in your personal details (such as a change of address or telephone number).

Data Breach

In the highly unlikely event of a breach of personal data (name, email address etc) we will seek to make immediate contact with those individuals affected by email no later than 24hrs of the breach being made aware to us. We will work with the relevant bodies to secure all data held.

Google Analytics

When someone visits or we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing Lists

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our Updates Newsletter. You can unsubscribe to mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer Robert Atkins.
